Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment such as cash registers.
• Ability to work with mobile retail applications.
• Comfort handling payments, refunds, exchanges and customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and assist with purchases at the checkout area.
• Promote Sam's Club products and services to members.
• Guide and support members with self‑service technology and processes.
• Maintain a safe, clean checkout and entrance/exit areas and report unsafe situations.
• Process refunds, exchanges and payments per policies and training.
• Assist with training frontline associates on processes and new technology.
