Job summary

Rocky Mount Family Ymca Inc is seeking a part-time Member Services Representative to deliver friendly service to members, guests, and program participants. You will respond to inquiries, promote memberships and programs, and help keep the lobby welcoming and organized.

This role requires effective communication, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to complete mandatory CPR/First Aid and facility trainings.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service or sales.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use a computer and phone.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and guests, both in person and on the phone.
• Promote memberships and YMCA programs; process registrations.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and organization; assist with tours.
