Job summary

Sam's Club is hiring a Member Frontline Services Associate to provide member service, process transactions, and maintain a clean checkout area. You will resolve member issues, assist with payments, returns, and exchanges, and promote products and services while following company policies.

You will also guide members on self-service technology, help locate merchandise, and participate in safety and loss-prevention activities to keep the store secure and welcoming for all shoppers.
