Job summary

You will maintain cash drawer, assist with account inquiries, and participate in promotions. Strong attention to detail and prior banking experience are preferred; HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Prior teller or banking experience preferred.
• Member service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurate processing of various transactions such as check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, loan payments, and Visa cash advances.
• Actively engage and participate in Credit Union promotions while meeting cross sale goals.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and ensure proper handling of cash and negotiable instruments. Assist members with account inquiries, including balances, account history, and transaction details.
• Provide excellent member service by resolving issues and answering questions professionally and courteously.
• Demonstrate teamwork through positive interactions with all co-workers.
• Completion of member verification and direct deposit forms.
• Assist with coin machine.
• Assist with night deposit and ATM balancing when required.
• Perform other Duties as assigned.
