Job summary

Lake Michigan Credit Union in Troy, NY is seeking a Teller to be the face of the branch, delivering friendly, accurate service and handling a high volume of transactions. You will promote and explain LMCU products to help members achieve their financial goals and will adhere to security procedures.

As a Teller you will focus on member needs, manage cash with care, and contribute to a welcoming branch environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of similar or related experience, cash handling preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive member experience to support retention and meet member needs.
• Accurately perform teller transactions and balance cash drawer daily with attention to detail.
• Promote and refer products and services to meet members' financial goals.
• Continuously learn about LMCU products, policies, and digital platforms to assist members.
