Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Prior teller or banking experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurate processing of transactions such as check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, loan payments, and Visa cash advances.
• Actively engage in Credit Union promotions while meeting cross-sell goals.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and proper cash handling.
• Assist members with account inquiries, including balances and histories.
• Provide excellent member service by resolving issues professionally.
• Demonstrate teamwork with co-workers.
• Complete member verification and direct deposit forms.
• Assist with coin machines and night deposit and ATM balancing when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
