Job summary

Sam's Club in Homewood, AL is seeking staff to provide exceptional member service at the front end, operate checkout and assist with purchases, returns, and exchanges. You will promote products and help members with self-service technology while maintaining a safe, organized store environment.

Responsibilities include supporting payments, refunds, and policy-compliant handling, plus assisting with training others and upholding Walmart safety standards. Prior retail/POS experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (cash register).
• Experience working with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and maintain the checkout area.
• Resolve member issues and concerns while promoting Sam's Club products and services.
• Guide members on using self-service technology and assist with purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance in all transactions and area duties.
