Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–12 months experience in retail or financial environment preferred.
• Capable of providing exceptional service while building rapport with members.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members with needs, delivering high-quality service.
• Process and verify deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments accurately.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain cash handling procedures.
• Identify opportunities to refer products and services based on members' financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of credit union products and services to ensure accurate referrals.
