Walmart's Sam's Club in Mentor, OH is seeking a frontline associate to provide member service at the front end, maintain checkout areas, and support payments, returns, and exchanges. You will promote Sam's Club products, assist with self-service tech, and uphold safety standards.

The role includes training on processes, maintaining merchandise flow, and ensuring a secure shopping environment for members. Excellent customer service and familiarity with POS systems are preferred.

Formación

• Retail experience required.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Provide member service and resolve issues at the front end.
• Maintain the checkout area and process member purchases.
• Assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Promote Sam's Club products and services to members.
• Guide members on self-service technology and new programs.
