Job summary

Walmart Sam’s Club in South Point, OH is seeking a Member Service Associate to greet members, assist at the checkout, process purchases, and handle returns and exchanges following company policies. You will promote Sam’s Club products and services and help members with self-service technology.

You will also help maintain the checkout area, assist with locating merchandise, and support safety and training initiatives while delivering friendly, efficient service to every member.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front-end equipment such as cash registers.
• Experience with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and resolve issues at checkout.
• Process member purchases and assist with payments, returns and exchanges.
• Promote Sam’s Club products and services to members.
• Guide members on self-service technology and assist with locating merchandise.
• Maintain a safe, organized checkout area and assist with training frontline staff.
