Walmart Sam’s Club in Oakwood Village, OH is seeking a front-end associate to provide member service, operate checkout areas, and guide members on self‑service technology. You’ll assist with payments, returns, and exchanges while promoting Club products and maintaining a safe, organized shopping environment.

Formación

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (cash register).
• Working with mobile retail applications.

Responsabilidades

• Provides member service and resolves member issues.
• Maintains the checkout area and processes member purchases.
• Promotes Sam’s Club products and services.
• Guides members on self‑service technology and options.
• Assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Follows safety standards and conducts safety sweeps.
• Maintains entrance and exit areas and supervises merchandise zones.
• Assists with training Member Frontline Services associates.
