Job summary

Sam's East, Inc. is hiring at the Madison Heights, MI location for a role focused on Member services, order fulfillment and sales support. You will promote membership benefits, process upgrades, and assist customers with purchases while ensuring safety standards are followed and orders are accurate.

The position also includes participation in in-store events, handling pull orders and addressing Member needs to support company goals and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience providing member/customer service and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines.
• Able to operate in a fast-paced retail environment and handle orders accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise.
• Prepares and fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders; scans, wraps, palletizes and secures items.
• Promotes Walmart products and services and participates in sales and marketing events.
• Follows safety standards, conducts safety sweeps, and reports unsafe situations to management.
