Job summary

Sam's East, Inc. is hiring for a Member Services Associate at Sam's Club in Saginaw, MI. The role focuses on promoting Membership benefits, processing upgrades and credit accounts, and delivering exceptional Member service while upholding safety standards.

The position involves handling fulfillment tasks (Fax n Pull and Click n Pull), assisting Members with purchases, and contributing to sales and Membership goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company’s products and services.
• Completes work by following policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; prioritizing deadlines; and communicating progress.
• Delivers safety by following all safety standards and guidelines, performing safety sweeps, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
• Fulfills orders (Fax n Pull and Click n Pull) by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring accuracy, and securing items for Members.
• Supports sales and marketing events and strives to meet Membership goals and drive value for Members and the organization.
