A patient, helpful attitude and strong teamwork are essential. This role focuses on outstanding service, adherence to credit union policies, and ongoing learning about products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–12 months of experience in retail or financial environment with cash handling preferred.
• Ability to provide exceptional service while building rapport with members.
• Excellent communication skills for positive interactions with members.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to handle cash with speed and accuracy.
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability.
• Good judgment and quick learning of required systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and deliver high-quality service, routing to the appropriate colleague as needed.
• Process and verify deposits, withdrawals, transfers, purchases, and payments.
• Balance and manage cash drawer according to procedures.
• Identify opportunities to refer products and services based on member needs.
• Maintain knowledge of credit union products and services handled by this role.
• Promote a positive image and uphold service standards.
