Sam's Club in Kenosha, Wisconsin is seeking a Front End Associate to provide member service, process purchases, and assist with payments, returns, refunds and exchanges. You will promote Sam's Club products and help members with self-checkout technology. Maintain the checkout area and follow safety standards.

Role includes supporting training for new associates and delivering a positive shopping experience while guarding Sam's Club assets and safety during daily operations.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (cash register).
• Experience working with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and resolves member issues.
• Processes member purchases and assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Promotes Sam's Club products and services and guides members on self-service technology.
• Maintains checkout area and safety standards.
• Executes emergency response procedures and supports training of associates.
