Walmart Sam's Club in Katy, TX is seeking a part-time Member Frontline Services associate to provide superb member service at the front end. You will maintain the checkout area, assist with purchases, and help members with self-checkout technology, returns, and exchanges, while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (cash register) is required.
• Experience with mobile retail applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and resolve member issues.
• Maintain checkout area and process purchases.
• Assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Educate members on self-service technology and store programs.
• Ensure safety and security, conduct safety sweeps, and report hazards.
