Walmart’s Sam’s Club in Corpus Christi, TX is hiring a Member Frontline Services associate. You will provide member service at the checkout, assist with purchases, and help members with questions about self-service technology.

You will maintain the checkout area, process payments, returns, and exchanges per policy, and promote Sam’s Club products. Training on new technology and processes is provided, and performance-based bonuses may be offered.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (cash register).
• Experience with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Resolves member issues and processes purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
