Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a customer-focused teller to open and maintain member accounts in Henderson, NV. You will balance cash drawers daily, resolve inquiries, and ensure accuracy in every transaction while adhering to CCU standards.

In this role, you will proactively identify member needs and offer appropriate products and services, contribute to sales referrals, and participate in cross-training across branches to support a team-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Open consumer new accounts and maintain existing accounts.
• Balance cash drawer daily to ensure transaction accuracy.
• Provide member service in line with CCU standards and company policy.
• Assist members with inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Cross-train in other branch functions as directed by management.
• Promote products and services to meet member needs and drive referrals.
