Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• One or more years of cash handling experience.
• Ability to manage relationships at all levels throughout the organization.
• Knowledge of regulations pertaining to accounts, services, confidentiality, disclosure requirements and lending preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in a banking environment preferred.
• Demonstrated member service and sales ability.
• Utilization of online/mobile banking services.

Responsibilities

• Opens consumer new accounts and performs account maintenance.
• Balances cash drawer daily to assure accuracy in transactions.
• Produces quality work efficiently and free from errors.
• Researches, troubleshoots and resolves member inquiries.
• Applies advanced knowledge and logic to all activities and member interactions and creates solutions in members' best interests.
• Provides member service in accordance with Create CU standards.
• Works to establish and deepen relationships with members so Create CU is the members' first choice for financial decisions.
• Proactively offers products and services as solutions to member needs that result in sales and referrals to business partners.
• Attains goals set by management consistently.
• Cross trains in other branch/department functions as determined by Branch Manager; willing to cross train others.
• Demonstrates the organization's service commitment in all member interactions; maintains a positive, professional team environment.
• Performs duties as assigned by management and may be assigned to work at any branch.
• Promotes continual education and career development; attends meetings and trainings.
