Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to support customers by listening, answering inquiries, and recommending solutions. You will handle deposits, post to accounts, and assist with service orders while promoting our products and services.

The role emphasizes strong verbal communication, data entry accuracy, and organizational skills, with an hourly pay structure and frontline customer interaction across FTC offerings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of computers and data entry.
• Two years experience in customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve all customers courteously and efficiently in person or by phone.
• Respond to inquiries, satisfy complaints, and refer as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of FTC products, pricing, and coverage areas.
• Process payments by credit cards and daily deposits.
• Post information to customer accounts and prepare supporting documents.
• Handle service applications and service orders; promote products and services.
• Perform credit activities and maintain customer service files.
• Assist with directory listings and respond to subscriber inquiries.
