Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of similar or related experience.
• High school education or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent numerical accuracy with a ten-key calculator.
• Detail oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers as directed.
• Balances cash drawer and daily transactions; assists with ITM and vault balancing.
• Welcomes members and provides routine information about services.
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities with members and nonmembers.
• Performs miscellaneous tasks such as typing, scanning, and answering the phone.
• Maintains member records and responds to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Complies with credit union policies and applicable rules and regulations.
