Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in customer services, cash handling and administrative experiences; or equivalent combination of formal training and/or experience which provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Greet members and visitors, assess their needs, and direct them appropriately.
• Provide administrative and operational support at all service stations.
• Explain credit union products and services and assist members in utilizing them.
• Process account changes and resolve account-related issues.
• Perform teller functions, including accurate and timely cash handling (paying and receiving).
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure excellent service delivery in professional manner.
