Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of progressive member/customer service experience in a full-service financial institution and one (1) year of supervisory experience
• Knowledge of financial institution operations, account ownership, products, services, and procedures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment

Responsibilities

• Supervises, schedules, and coordinates daily Support Services team activities
• Assists with audits, internal controls, compliance, and process improvements
• Prepares and reviews daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Cross-sells credit union products and services
• Promotes teamwork, accountability, security, and exceptional member service
