Responsibilities

• Provides member service. Maintains the checkout area. Resolves member issues and concerns.
• Promotes Sam's Club products and services. Guides members on self-service technology.
• Processes member purchases and assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policies.
• Follows safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including safety sweeps.
• Maintains entrances/exits, verifies memberships, and assists with merchandise decisions and locating items.
• Secures assets and ensures safety, reports unsafe conditions to management.
• Trains and develops Member Frontline Services staff on processes and new technology.
• Manages returns to maintain area and reduce shrink, organizing merchandise accordingly.
