Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides member service.
• Maintains the checkout area.
• Resolves member issues and concerns.
• Promotes Sam’s Club products and services.
• Provides guidance and support to members regarding self-service technology.
• Processes member purchases.
• Assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures for different membership and payment types.
• Follows company safety standards and procedures, including safety sweeps.
• Maintains a safe shopping environment.
• Aids with training of frontline associates on processes and procedures.
• Delivers programs rollout training and opportunities for process improvement.
