Job summary

Sam's Club in Garland, TX is seeking a front-line associate to deliver member service and keep the checkout area organized. You will help with purchases, returns, and exchanges, and guide members through self‑service technology while maintaining safety and store standards.

You will promote products and services, assist with merchandise placement and zone responsibilities, and support training for new Frontline Services staff to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment and mobile retail apps.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and resolves member issues and concerns.
• Maintains the checkout area and processes member purchases.
• Promotes Sam's Club products and services and assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Guides members on self-service technology and surrounds safety procedures.
• Assists with securing and safeguarding store assets and reporting unsafe situations.
• Zones the area and arranges merchandise; maintains entrance/exit areas and reviews receipts.
• Delivers training for new Frontline Services associates and supports program rollouts.
