• Guides members on self-service technology and promotions
• Zones and merchandises the front-end area; maintains safety and cleanliness
• Monitors safety and security, reports unsafe conditions and potential theft
• Assists with training Frontline Services associates on processes and tools
• Delivers training on new programs and technology
