Responsibilities

• Provides member service and resolves member issues at the checkout area.
• Promotes Sam's Club products and services to members.
• Operates self-service technology and assists with payments, returns and exchanges.
• Maintains a safe, organized, and clean shopping environment.
• Verifies membership cards and assists with purchasing decisions.
• Completes paperwork and documentation as required by policies.
