Responsibilities

• Greets the member or potential member as they enter the credit union, quickly assesses needs and assists members regarding financial transactions and services to include account transactions and maintenance.
• Cross-sells appropriate products and services that are in the member’s best interests.
• Balances cash drawer and daily transactions.
• Directs memberships, trends, suggestions to Management; maintains lobby appearance.
• Mentors new employees during their training period as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
