Job summary

Under the Branch Manager, you will coach team members, promote SRP products and services, and ensure accurate documentation for memberships and loans while delivering a compliant and friendly service environment.

Qualifications

• associate degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of member/customer service experience, 4+ years in financial services.
• 1+ years of sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Offer Credit Union products and services to members using a member benefit-based approach.
• Promote SRP Credit Union policies, procedures, guidelines, and service standards.
• Represent the Credit Union professionally to members.
• Gather information to complete memberships, deposits, loan accounts/applications, and maintenance; communicate loan decisions.
• Provide Notary Services for members.
• Meet or exceed sales and service goals set by management.
