Qualifications include 6 months to 1+ year in customer service and cash handling, high school diploma or GED, and strong math and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months to 1+ year of member/customer service and cash handling experience is required.
• Excellent math skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash and check transactions and verify endorsements and negotiability.
• Promote Credit Union products and services using a member benefit-based approach.
• Refer, sell, and cross-sell Credit Union products to members.
• Balance and reconcile daily transactions and balance cash and checks.
• Provide amazing member service and maintain a positive, professional image.
• Serve as backup teller at other locations when needed.
