Job summary
Financial Plus Credit Union in Michigan is seeking a Member Service Representative to deliver exceptional member service and drive product sales through face-to-face interactions and outbound calls. You will open, service, and troubleshoot various accounts and services, continuously learning about our offerings to meet members’ financial needs.
The role requires a collaborative team player with integrity and the ability to meet sales and operational goals while upholding bank/security
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Credit Union products and services; ability to cross-sell.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Learning quickly and adapting to new tasks.
Responsibilities
- Cross-sell products and services to meet members' financial needs.
- Acquire new memberships through outbound calls and local networking.
- Open, service and troubleshoot various accounts and services.
- Provide information about products or services to members by phone or in person.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and bank policies.
