Adventure Credit Union is seeking a full-time Member Solutions Associate to deliver exceptional member service and act as the primary resource for members' financial needs.

You will handle transactions, educate members on accounts, process loans, and support cross-selling of credit union products. This role emphasizes regulatory compliance, accurate processing, and friendly, proactive member engagement.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of one year experience in the financial industry.
• Customer service experience is essential.
• Strong sales skills.
• Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Create a flawless member experience and manage member relationships with professionalism.
• Adhere to federal laws and regulations (e.g., BSA, OFAC, Reg E).
• Perform teller transactions accurately and understand related terminology.
• Balance the branch, ATM, ITM, and vault daily.
• Open/educate members about accounts and loans, process documents and approvals.
• Process loan applications, interview, and close loans per policies and regulations.
• Cross-sell products and services to meet member needs and track results.
• Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues via in-person, phone, email, or mail.
• Provide Notary Services and educate members on products including IRA/HSAs/ESAs.
