Community First Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative to deliver exceptional service in a branch setting. You will actively listen to members, uncover financial needs, and guide them to appropriate deposit and loan solutions.

The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree in banking/finance or related field and at least two years of experience in lending or financial services, with strong communication and organizational skills. A friendly, solution-oriented mindset is essential.

Competenze

• Associate's degree in banking, finance, business or related field.
• Two years of relevant experience; prior lending/financial services preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong time management and organization.

Mansioni

• Provide outstanding service by meeting and speaking with members to uncover financial needs and provide appropriate solutions using Community First products and services.
• Open and service deposit accounts (savings, checking, CDs, money markets, HSA, IRA, ACH, ATM) and close accounts when needed.
• Assist members with wire transfers, payroll deductions, direct deposit, checks, ATM requests and statement queries.
• Assist with loan applications, debt ratio/collateral analysis, obtain approval, close loan and complete file.
• Promote and cross-sell products to increase services per household and deepen member relationships.
