Job summary

Desert Financial Credit Union is seeking a Member Solutions Representative to deliver accurate, compliant, and personalized service across a broad range of financial needs. You will support onboarding, assist with account servicing, and drive member engagement through consultative conversations.

In this role you will resolve complex requests, handle advanced transactions, and partner with specialists to ensure a seamless member experience across channels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of Sales and Service experience required.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Previous financial institution experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions and documentation.
• Ability to handle emotionally sensitive situations with empathy, professionalism, and composure.
• Exercises sound judgment, documents, and resolves escalations promptly.
• Active listening and investigative questioning to uncover member needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members to deliver onboarding and relationship-building experiences.
• Assist with account setup and guide members to digital tools for self-service.
• Use consultative approach to recommend relevant products and services.
• Promote digital tool adoption and proactive follow-ups for member convenience.
• Handle advanced transactions and complex requests with accuracy and compliance.
• Resolve complex member issues with ownership and timely follow-up.
• Support business and lending relationships through accurate account servicing.
• Develop expertise to support branch operations and participate in training.
