Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding member service at the branch and uncover needs through discovery questions.
• Recommend products and services matching member needs and refer to internal partners as needed.
• Process new memberships, deposits, and consumer loan applications with accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow up with members to deepen relationships.
