Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Representative at L022 Eastchester - High Point, NC. The role is full-time with an opening schedule and starting pay at $12 per hour, with increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months.

You will greet members, answer phones, sign up new members, and maintain a clean, safe club environment. Requirements include full-time availability, 18+, high school diploma or GED preferred, and basic computer

Qualifications

• Must be able to commit to full-time set schedule.
• Customer service experience is required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency is expected.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
