Job summary

Broadview FCU is seeking a proactive Member Service Associate for the Central NY Region, supporting Syracuse and Cicero branches. You will welcome members, handle routine financial transactions, and help deepen member relationships through knowledgeable service.

Candidates should have a High School diploma, strong interpersonal skills, and customer service experience. The role requires flexibility to work at multiple locations with a customer-first mindset and interest in cross-selling,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service experience preferred
• Able to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding member service to all visitors and members
• Process financial transactions accurately and maintain cash drawer
• Detect and report fraud or irregular activities
• Build relationships and cross-sell products and services as appropriate
• Engage in conversations to identify member needs and solutions
• Promote self-service channels and digital resources
• Support branch goals through teamwork and coaching opportunities
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines
• Engage in ongoing coaching and training opportunities.
