Job summary

AAA is seeking a Member Experience Associate (Sales) to deliver outstanding service and value to Members across multiple branch locations, while meeting individual sales targets. The role rotates between branches, requiring strong customer service, adaptability, and product knowledge.

This is a full-time onsite position in San Francisco's Richmond District. A bilingual Cantonese or Mandarin speaker is a plus, with opportunities for commissions and incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 2–4 years work experience, with at least 1 year in a sales role.
• Backgrounds in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries, or call centers are valued.
• Must demonstrate adaptability, willingness to travel, and flexibility to cover shifts at multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Member Services and product sales while meeting individual sales goals.
• Promote AAA products and services to Members to achieve goals.
• Identify Member needs and tailor solutions, adapting to each branch environment.
