AAA Sonoma is seeking a Member Experience Associate to deliver outstanding service and drive sales across branch locations. You will learn and promote AAA products, meet personal sales targets, and adapt to multiple product lines in a flexible environment.

The role requires sales experience, bilingual Spanish skills, and availability to work across branches, including Saturdays. A strong customer-service focus and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of experience with at least 1 year in a sales role.
• Background in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries or call centers is valued.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer interactions including Member Services and product sales.
• Meet individual sales goals and apply consultative sales techniques.
• Promote AAA products and services to Members to achieve branch goals.
