Job summary

AAA Newark is seeking a Member Experience Associate to provide outstanding service and value to members across branch locations. You will balance service with sales, learning multiple product lines, and meeting individual sales goals while supporting branch objectives.

You will rotate between branches, work five days a week including Saturdays, and be accountable for adapting to different environments and tools while delivering a positive member experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-4 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in a sales role.
• Backgrounds in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries, or call centers valued.
• Drive for results and effective communication.
• Teamwork and flexibility to cover shifts at multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver member services and product sales while meeting individual sales goals.
• Know and promote AAA products and services and apply consultative sales techniques.
• Understand member needs, recommend solutions, and close opportunities.
• Travel between branch locations as required and work Saturdays.
• Maintain fiduciary accountability and adhere to procedures and compliance.
