Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group is seeking a Member Experience Associate to deliver outstanding service and value to our Members across multiple Southwest Las Vegas branches. You will combine genuine care with sales targets, learning AAA products and applying consultative techniques to close opportunities.

This on-site, full-time role requires flexibility to work Saturdays, travel between branches as needed, and a strong customer-service mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer Service: professional and friendly attitude, problem-solving resolution, adaptability across branches.
• Sales: strong sales skills, ability to meet or exceed goals, consultative selling to uncover needs and close sales.
• Product knowledge: deep knowledge of AAA products and services, ability to present solutions.
• Cross-functional: integrate service and sales across branches as needed.
• Technical: proficient with computer systems, learn new processes quickly.
• Operational Excellence: ensure SOP compliance and efficient end-to-end flows.

Responsibilities

• Performs fundamental customer interactions including Member Services and product sales; must be knowledgeable and proficient with AAA products and services and adhere to branch operations in accordance with standard operating procedures and compliance.

Must be knowledgeable and proficient with AAA products and services, and consistently apply consultative sales techniques to uncover needs, present solutions, and close opportunities.
