Northern Federal Credit Union is hiring a Member Relationship Specialist to deliver exceptional service and personalized financial solutions. You will build rapport with members, understand their needs, and guide them through account openings and transactions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 6 months to 2 years Customer Service Experience is required.
• NYS Notary Public commission is preferred.
• Exceptional member service skills: relationship-focused approach, product knowledge, attention to detail, adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted guidance to members and open/close accounts.
• Process transactions (ACH, Wires, Notaries) and service requests.
• Promote credit union services and digital channels to members.
• Maintain accurate member records and documentation in CRM 360.
• Support center operations including cash handling and audits.
