Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Expert (SSE) in Los Angeles to deliver an engaging guest experience and drive membership growth. You will guide prospective members through facility tours, explain gym services and promotions, and enroll them using proven sales techniques.

You will partner with the Sales and Service Manager to ensure a best-in-class member experience, support onboarding, and contribute to achieving both personal and club revenue goals.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
• General understanding of fitness industry.
• Ability to work with computers.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Independent, self-starter with organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to operate POS system.
• Membership system software knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests with CARE sales model to match fitness needs.
• Tour gym facilities and explain services and amenities.
• Explain membership and fitness offers clearly.
• Enroll guests using company sales protocols and MAP.
• Onboard new members and assist retention activities.
• Achieve or exceed personal and team sales goals.
• Generate leads and set appointments for new business.
• Promote local and global marketing campaigns to members.
