Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Manager to lead the club’s Sales & Service team, drive member acquisition and retention, and ensure a comprehensive guest experience. You will hire, coach, and develop staff while delivering tailored fitness, retail, and service offerings to members.

The role emphasizes achieving department targets, managing schedules, and collaborating with the General Manager to implement local marketing and onboarding plans.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains and develops Sales & Service team members.
• Leads the team to offer tailored product and service offerings.

• Drives new member sales, EFT, POS packages and retail offerings.
• Ensures a best-in-class member experience and timely issue resolution.
