You will hire, coach, and develop staff while driving on-site sales, retention, and revenue targets in a fast-paced club environment.

The role emphasizes coaching, operational excellence, and collaboration with the General Manager to ensure member satisfaction, training, and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop Sales and Service staff.

• Ensure exceptional service in a member-centric environment.
• Achieve department targets for new member sales and revenue.
• Collaborate with GM on business plans and local marketing.
• Drive new member sales, EFT, POS, and retail offerings.
• Foster member engagement through fitness programs and activities.
