Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet members and guests, handle front desk tasks, and contribute to a positive member experience through friendly, proactive service.

Responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling tours, assisting with sign-ups and cancellations, updating member information, resolving service questions, and keeping the club clean and welcoming. Reports to the Club Manager.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks.
• Answer phone calls politely to assist with questions or concerns.
• Take information calls and tours.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member accounts.
• Facilitate member services issues and forward to the Club Manager as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
