The YMCA seeks a Member Engagement Specialist to enhance retention and satisfaction by leveraging CRMs to foster connections and promote community programs. You will manage timely follow-ups, automated communications, and tours to convert interest into lasting memberships.

Responsibilities include lead management in Daxko Engage Pro, proactive outreach by calls, emails, and texts, and building relationships that showcase the Y’s impact in the community.

Qualifications

• Experience using Daxko Engage Pro CRM to manage leads and memberships.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to conduct tours and engage diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Manage leads and follow up with inquiries to move prospects through the membership funnel.
• Schedule tours and track outcomes in Engage Pro.
• Provide proactive outreach to new and existing members to boost retention.
