Job summary

Corning Credit Union is seeking a Member Relationship Consultant for our Carolina Forest, SC location to develop strong member relationships and provide one-stop service with sales and financial guidance.

The role requires 1–3 years in sales or relationship building, a bachelor’s degree preferred, strong communication, and the ability to meet lending, deposit and service goals. Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide exceptional service and education to our members, while assisting them in meeting lending, deposit, and electronic products and services needs.
• Assist members with completing membership and visa loan requests.
• Has solid cash handling skills and procedural knowledge to perform teller functions.
• Answer incoming calls from members and assist in processing a variety of account transactions and support including transferring funds, issuing checks, processing payments, ordering checks, etc.
• Also assumes responsibility for other projects or duties as required or assigned.
