- Compliance: Knowledge of BSA/US Patriot Act OFAC and confidentiality policies.
Responsibilities
- Provide members with a personalized rewarding experience by engaging them with sales skills and building relationships.
- Process teller transactions with high accuracy within policy.
- Process new accounts and account maintenance with strong QA.
- Support branch management and travel to branches as needed.
- Attend required training and stay informed about product features and benefits.
